The Confidence Program
This package guides girls through a thoughtful, step-by-step process to strengthen their sense of self from the inside out. They’ll dive into who they truly are, clarify what matters most, and gain emotional tools to boost their well-being. They’ll learn how to tap into their inner coach, unlock their full potential, and set goals that align with their values and vision.
By the end, they’ll walk away with everything they need to build rock-solid confidence—and strut down the runway of life!

Session One
Intake – Lattes & Laughs
This first session is like grabbing a latte and taking a stroll in the park—metaphorically speaking! It’s a chance for us to slow down, connect, and for me to get to know you better. We’ll explore how you see yourself in different areas of life and start uncovering what confidence means to you.
Session Two
Self-Awareness – Who the Heck are You?
This one’s all about getting to know the real you—the stuff that makes you you. From hidden talents to hot messes, nothing’s off the table. We’ll talk strengths, quirks, wins, flops, and everything in between. It’s like holding up a mirror—not to judge, but to see yourself with more clarity. By the end, you might just find yourself giving that girl in the mirror a little wink and a grin.
Session Three
Core Values – Your Inner Compass
This session is all about getting clear on what truly matters to you. Think of your core values as your inner compass—the things that help guide your choices, shape your priorities, and keep you grounded when life gets messy. Together, we’ll dig into what lights you up, what drives you nuts, and what you stand for. By the end, you’ll have a solid sense of what drives you and a roadmap for staying true to yourself, no matter where life takes you.
Session Four
Emotions – Buckle Up & Take the Wheel
This session dives into the world of emotions—what they are, how they work, and why they matter more than we sometimes realize. Together, we’ll unpack your most common emotional triggers and explore what those feelings are trying to tell you. The goal? To boost your emotional awareness and build a plan for managing those big feelings with more confidence, clarity, and calm. Emotions can be loud and bossy, but they don’t have to run the show—and this is where you start learning how to take the lead.
Session Five
Self-Compassion – Inner Critic to Inner Coach
This session is all about turning down the volume on your inner critic and handing the mic over to your inner coach. It’s about giving yourself the same kindness and support that you’d offer your best friend. We’ll explore the power of self-compassion, embrace imperfections, and practice reframing negative self-talk. You’ll start learning how to be your own best friend!
Session Six
Self-Care – Your Secret Weapon for Success
This session is all about making self-care your superpower! We’ll dive into the essentials—exercise, sleep, and nutrition—because when you feel good, you can take on anything! By the end, you’ll have your very own self-care toolkit to keep your mind focused, your body strong, and your energy high—so you can crush your goals.
Session Seven
Goal Setting – Get Ready to Crush Your Goals
In this session, we’ll break it down—baby steps, realistic plans, and permission to be a little messy along the way. Using the SMART framework, you’ll learn how small, specific steps can lead to big change. We’ll talk about why effort and progress matter waaaay more than perfection—and why every little win deserves a happy dance.
