The Courage Program
This package is your personal guide to facing life head-on. It’s all about stepping into the world with some serious grit and a whole lot of heart. We’ll tackle stress, communication, and resilience, and help you embrace those tough moments like you’ve just hit the jackpot. This is where you’ll find the courage to take big swings and bold steps. You’ll walk away with tools to conquer challenges—geared up, fired up, and ready to take on the world!

Session 1
Courage Starts Here – Your First Step to Being Badass
This first session is like chatting with a friend about life—super chill and all about you. We’ll talk about what courage looks like for you and where you’re ready to level up. We’ll figure out where you can be brave, bold, and badass—and start building that “I can and I will!” mindset.
Session 2
Stress Management – Staying Cool When Life Gets Hot
In this session, we’ll dig into how stress shows up in your life—from the kind that helps you crush it, to the kind that makes you wanna hide in your room. We’ll unpack the stress curve and look at how you usually respond—do you freak out or double down? Then we’ll call out the fears and doubts that are holding you back, and build a toolkit to help you show up with strength, confidence, and just a little bit of sass.
Session 3
Communication – Speak Up, Buttercup!
Time to turn up the volume on your voice! In this session, we’ll practice speaking up, standing your ground, and asking for what you need—we’ll replace the awkwardness with all-out awesomeness. You’ll learn how to be assertive without going full diva, handle tricky convos with tact, and set boundaries like a boss. Because speaking up isn’t pushy—it’s powerful.
Session 4
Support Network – Tribe Vibes
In this session, we’ll dig into finding your people—the ones who’ve got your back, lift you up, and cheer you on. They’re the ones who truly get you. Together, we’ll identify and build the connections that make you feel unstoppable. Because no one does it alone, and your tribe makes all the difference!
Session 5
Resilience – Bouncing Back with Messy Hair & Major Flair
Life is messy—sometimes you trip, sometimes you faceplant! This session is all about getting back up, brushing it off, and yelling, “I’m back, baby!” We’ll reframe failure as your coolest teacher, walk through the ups and downs of the resilience cycle, and learn how to bounce back with style, flair, and messy hair!
Session 6
Grit – Do Hard Things
Time to DIG DEEP! This is where the tough stuff lives. In this session, we’re all about embracing the suck and proving what you’re made of. We’ll turn discomfort into your secret training ground—pushing past the “I can’t” moments, flexing your mental toughness muscles, and finding that fierce little voice that says, “I CAN DO THIS.” No shortcuts here. Just guts, grind, and grit.
Session 7
Goals – Big Swings & Bold Steps
This session is all about setting your sights high and going all in. We’re talking gutsy goals that fire you up—paired with layered steps to actually get there. You’ll chart your path forward with big swings and grounded confidence. It’s about choosing courage over comfort. It might be scary. You might think, “No way!” But here’s the kicker—you’ll learn to blast through your limits, visualize success, and light that inner fire to chase what you really want.
